Breuer, Solomon
(1850-1926)
   German rabbi. He served as rabbi in Frankfurt am Main and founded the Association of Orthodox Rabbis in Germany. He was president of the Free Union for the Advancement of Orthodoxy and co-founder of the Agudat Israel movement. In 1890 he founded and directed a yeshivah. With Phinehas Kohn he published the periodical Judische Monatshefte from 1913 to 1920.
